Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting for an experienced Associate Contracts Director with a broad mechanical services understanding. You will be working closely with the Managing Director and Associate Operations Director to identify and grow new business opportunities and determine the business planning for Climate Systems.
Location
You will ideally be Midlands based however this is a nationwide role
Package
Salary- £70k

Responsibilities
Develop and build strategic relationships with new clients and penetration of new markets to grow the business.
Identify opportunities for new products and services.
Planning and managing the implementation of individual business plans.
Forecasting sales revenue and profit margins ensuring delivery and achievement of set targets
Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Overall direction of contracts including but not limited to H&S, Sales, Delivery and profit.
Identifying and agreeing scope and instruction value of contracts with clients including the delivery timescales and resources needed
Planning and management of budget and cost expenditure against the instruction value of each contract
Identification and management of contract variations
Planning and Management of programs of work for each stage of the contract
Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services
Conduct contract start, progression/review and close out meetings with client
Fulfilment of contractual delivery responsibilities
To ensure contracts are delivered within the contractual scope and implement recommendations on the specific system integrity and efficiency
To arrange all contractual tasks, manage resources and inspire everyone to deliver service excellence and achieve delivery within required timescale
To ensure that all equipment and documentation issued to you is kept in good condition, serviced or checked as appropriate
To maximise sales within existing contractual obligations
To use every site visit as an opportunity to maximise product and services sales opportunities.
To extend any opportunities available and involve others through pre-qualified leads.
To identify new product and service opportunities.
Customer Service
Provide exemplary service to internal and external customers/clients.
Communication
To utilise company systems to facilitate effective communications: e-mail, telephone and fax.
Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety
Abide by the principals and practices of equal opportunities as laid down in the company Equal Opportunities Policy.
Be flexible within the broad remit of the post.
Take direction and instruction on priorities from line management, which may vary from time to time.

Person Specification
High level of technical knowledge
Use of MS Offices such as Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
Demonstrates excellent analytical and fault finding skills with a high technical ability
