Paul Nelson is an innovative entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in a broad spectrum of industries and genres.
He is the director and owner of Nelson Recruitment Services (NRS), which he launched in November 2013. With his own successful career in the recruitment industry, his main reason for launching Nelson Recruitment Service (NRS) was his disappointment of the poor service offered by some companies within the field. He aimed to be different and to offer a service that was not only second to none, but one that was also competitive too. And he has achieved both of these ambitious goals. It’s quality across the board which Paul has built his business portfolio on, and that he cites as being the key to his success.
Passionate about treating all his candidates and clients the same, above all Paul’s three, consistent must-haves are: Honesty, Respect and Integrity. It’s with this admirable approach that he has won an enviable reputation for excellence. Paul, who is keen to maintain a personal approach visits 95% of all clients himself, is extremely proud of what the NRS business has achieved.
He continues to strive to build long lasting relationships with new and existing clients by focusing on his key strengths in industrial, driving, engineering, skilled and technical recruitment; and continues to invest in his staff too. His high performance ethos ensures that quality standards are always at the forefront of his businesses.
